Eleven players from Q300 went to Saratoga and attended the annual New York State Scholastic Chess Championship recently. We also had 5 coaches from NYCA supporting the team. Everyone played two days of chess and had lots of fun.
In particular, Daniel Keating (3rd grade) won the 8th place out of 145 players in K-3 U800 section.
